Alice Red contains 160mg Caffeine per 100ml - which work out to mean that a 50ml double shot has roughly the same levels of caffeine as found in a can of energy drink.

Alice Red has a clean taste with subtle notes of chocolate, vanilla, cream and coffee and is distilled 5 times in London from traditionally yeast fermented English grain grown in Norfolk & Suffolk.

Try a Bloody Alice - take a double measure of alice red (50ml), a splash of worcestershire sauce, 2.5ml (half a teaspoon) of encona original pepper sauce, a squeeze of real lemon, a pinch of celery salt, a pinch of cracked black pepper and 200ml of the thickest tomato juice you can find. Mix over ice and pour into a tall glass with a celery salted rim and garnish with a sprig of watercress. Now there's a cocktail with a kick.

For centuries people have enjoyed drinks made from hops, elderflower or chamomile and Alice Blue blends these natural English botanicals to produce a spirit with a stunning flavour.

A blend of bitter-sweet clean taste with light citrus notes flow when drunk neat, but mix with Schweppes Classic Tonic or make a Vodka Martini and something special happens as all the flavours all work together exceptionally. Made from English grain grown in Norfolk & Suffolk which is fermented with traditional yeast then distilled 5 times in London, Alice Blue, at 41.25%, is very smooth and we think it has to be the perfect vodka to chill.

Want a suggestion? Try the Vodka Martini Blues: Take a shaker, fill 1/3rd with fine ice, add 50ml of Alice Blue, 10ml of dry French Vermouth (Noilly Prat) and 5ml of Blue Bols. Shake well, then take a lime wedge and moisten the rim of a martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
